Denso Will Invest $350m in TSMC's Japanese Chip Plant

On February 15th TSMC announced it would invest an extra $1.6bn in its first chip factory in Japan. Auto parts maker Denso and SONY Group will also join the project. It will invest $350m in the plant and take an equity stake of more than 10 percent.
